Terms of Services

Prior to conducting an assessment, the following criteria must be met:

• Provision of relevant background and Discovery materials. Dr. Lawler may also request additional materials as needed.
• Completion of all forms provided by Dr. Lawler (e.g., Fee Statement, Release of Information)
• If the evaluation is ordered by the court, a Court Order will be excepted in lieu of a Fee Statement
• Deposit for services
